
Buckwheat porridge with pork
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Anyone can handle making it, even an inexperienced cook. The porridge turns out very filling and pairs perfectly with pork (so it's better to prepare larger portions right away). Don't forget to add butter to the finished dish, as everyone knows, you can't spoil porridge with butter! Now you know. The dish is ready to be served.

Cut the pork into cubes. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, set the "Frying" mode for 15 minutes. Add the meat, season with salt and pepper to taste. After 15 minutes, add the chopped onion.

Add the grated carrots and cook for another 10 minutes in the same mode.

Now add the washed buckwheat and bay leaf.

Pour in hot water and mix thoroughly. Cook in "Porridge" mode for 40 minutes.

Add butter to the cooked porridge, mix well.
