Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Peel the potatoes, cut them in half lengthwise, and place them in a large pot. Add salt, pepper, and mayonnaise. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 250°C. Cover the pot with a lid and shake thoroughly. Grease a baking sheet well with vegetable oil. Arrange the potatoes on it and bake at 250°C for about 30–40 minutes—the exact temperature and baking time depend directly on the potato variety used. Five minutes before the dish is ready, sprinkle it with dill. Serve the potatoes drizzled with sour cream. The finished dish is ready to be served.
