Potatoes with pork stewed in a pot
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Pork tenderloin, neck, or rear part work well for this potato dish. You can use any vegetables, but I stick to the traditional carrots and onions. Add spices to taste—I used dried basil. A simple, aromatic, and very tasty dish. Serve hot.
