
Potatoes with pork and mushrooms in a multicooker
Description

1. Sauté chopped mushrooms and onions in melted butter. You can do this in a frying pan or directly in the multicooker using the "Sauté" setting. If using a pan, transfer the mixture to the multicooker bowl along with any remaining oil. Next, add a layer of potatoes. Season to taste. I sprinkled cheese on top and cooked for 15 minutes on the "Simmer" setting, allowing the cheese to slightly melt and the potatoes to become tender.

2. Place a layer of meat over the cheese. Add spices to taste. Pour in the broth, but only enough so that it doesn't yet reach the top of the meat.

3. Now add a layer of the remaining potatoes. Lightly salt them, pour over the sour cream and the remaining broth. Set the timer for two hours in the "Stewing" mode.

4. This is the dish we end up with! Let it cool down a bit, then take it out of the multicooker bowl, slice it, and serve!
