Potatoes with ham in the oven

Description

Here is a simple recipe for baking potatoes with ham in the oven. Peel the potatoes and make deep longitudinal cuts, but not all the way through. Insert chopped garlic, carrot slices, and ham into the cuts. Brush the potatoes with vegetable oil, sprinkle with spices, and bake in the oven for 1 hour. Good luck!

   Wash and peel the vegetables. Slice the carrots into thin rounds, and cut the ham into cubes. Pass the garlic through a press. Make deep cuts (not all the way through) in the peeled potatoes, and don't forget to salt them.
