
Potatoes with sausage in a multicooker
Description
This recipe won't take much time. You can even use young potatoes, which only need to be thoroughly washed and left unpeeled. To speed up the process, the potatoes can be cut into small cubes; there's no need to cook them whole. 1. First, wash and peel the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. You can also add sour cream or mayonnaise to the recipe for potato with sausages in a multicooker to make the potatoes even more delicious. 2. Pour a little vegetable oil into the bottom of the multicooker bowl and select the Sauté mode. 3. Add the potatoes to the bowl and sauté until golden brown. You can also add vegetables such as onion, carrot, cabbage, or bell pepper to enhance the dish. 4. Once the potatoes are browned, place the sausages on top and switch to the Bake or Stew setting, depending on your desired result. 5. After the cooking program finishes and the potato with sausages is ready, sprinkle the dish with fresh herbs or grated cheese, then serve. Serve hot.
