Potatoes with a surprise inside
Description
As a surprise, we'll use cottage cheese and fried mushrooms—it will be incredibly delicious. First, we'll boil the potatoes, then bake them in the oven. Serve the potatoes with various side dishes, vegetables, and fresh herbs.
