1. The recipe for cooking potatoes with mushrooms in a multicooker is very simple. Having kitchen appliances can turn cooking into a real pleasure. First, wash, dry and peel the potatoes. Cut them into small pieces and place them at the bottom of the multicooker bowl.

2. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Place on top of the potatoes. Peel the carrot and grate on a medium grater. Add as the next layer. Wash the mushrooms, dry and slice thinly. Add to the multicooker. Season with salt, pepper, your favorite spices, and set to the "Stewing" mode for 30 minutes.

3. If desired, the vegetables can first be sautéed with a small amount of vegetable oil using the Baking setting, then add the potatoes and set to stew. Additionally, you can add extra vegetable oil to the multicooker bowl or pour in a little water.

4. After 30 minutes, thoroughly stir and continue simmering for another 20–30 minutes (depending on the size of the potatoes and mushrooms). If desired, you can also add tomato sauce or sour cream.
