   1. To begin, marinate the meat by thoroughly rubbing it with salt, black and red pepper. Make small incisions all over the piece and insert garlic slices into them.

   2. Rub the meat with fresh thyme and rosemary. Place in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to let it absorb the marinade slightly.

   3. Cut the potatoes into pieces of any size you prefer. Place the potatoes at the bottom of the pouch, then put the meat on top. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 30–40 minutes. After the time is up, take the dish out of the oven, divide onto plates and serve.
