Potatoes with chanterelles in a pot

Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. My recipe is designed for two medium-sized pots. The result is a saucy dish that I like to eat with a spoon straight from the pot. It's best to use fresh chanterelles, as they give a much richer flavor. By the way, you can omit the meat entirely and replace it with more potatoes. The finished dish is ready to be served.
