
Potatoes with wild mushrooms

Prepare all the ingredients.

Clean the mushrooms from forest debris, chop and rinse them, do not try to dry the mushrooms thoroughly—let some water remain on them.

Cut the onion in half; one half will go into the mushrooms, the other into the potatoes. Cook in two frying pans. Into one pan, add 1 tablespoon of clarified butter and pour in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, then add the onion and sauté slightly.

Add the mushrooms to the onions, cover with a lid, and fry for about 15 minutes.

Add 2 tablespoons of sour cream to the mushrooms, stir, and simmer for another 10-15 minutes, covered.

In another skillet, simultaneously fry the potatoes in a mixture of 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and clarified butter. Add half an onion, finely chopped. Fry until partially cooked, then season with salt at the end.
