Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. To make potato with chicken stewed in a pot, we need one kilogram of yellow potatoes and chicken. I usually use thighs, but you can use legs or fillet. Be sure to add bay leaf and coriander. See the recipe below. The finished dish can be served at the table.

Rinse the chicken and cut it into pieces.

Fry until golden brown.

Place the cubed potatoes into a large pot and cover with water.

Add the chicken, throw in the spices.

Simmer over low heat for about 40 minutes, until the potatoes are cooked. Serve the chicken and potatoes, stewed in a pot, with vegetables.
