Potatoes with minced meat in a multicooker
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Moreover, we'll cook the potatoes without adding oil, making our dish as light as potato with minced meat can possibly be ;) Well, let's not waste precious time — here's a simple recipe for minced meat and potato casserole in a multicooker, both diet-friendly and nutritious: 1. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. 2. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper, then mix thoroughly. 3. Peel the onion and slice into half-rings. Peel the potatoes, rinse, and slice thinly. 4. Transfer the potatoes to a bowl or pot, season with salt and pepper, and mix. 5. Now comes the most interesting part: place a layer of potatoes into the multicooker bowl, arranging the slices like fish scales—slightly overlapping each other. You don't need to grease the bowl, but you may do so if desired. 6. On top of the potatoes, add a layer of onions, then a layer of minced meat. Repeat the layers. The top layer should be potatoes, which you then sprinkle with the grated cheese. 7. Beat the eggs with milk and flour until smooth, lightly season with salt, and pour the mixture over the contents of the bowl. 8. Set the multicooker to "Baking" mode for 45–60 minutes. Cooking time depends on the potatoes (the younger they are, the longer they take) and the type of meat (chicken mince cooks faster than beef, etc.). Check doneness with a long wooden skewer. 9. After the indicated time, remove the bowl, invert its contents onto a flat plate, cover with another plate, flip it over once more—and voilà! Our potato casserole is ready! As promised, it's light yet satisfying, and very delicious! ;) Serve immediately.
