
Potatoes fried in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Potato cooked in a multicooker has many advantages. Peel the potatoes. Wash them and cut into large pieces (the shape can be any, just make sure the pieces are not too thin).

Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, then add the potatoes. Season with salt, pepper, and spices. Select the "Baking" or "Frying/Vegetables" mode and set the timer for 20 minutes.

After the program ends, stir the potatoes. Add the onion cut into half-rings.

Set the timer for another 20 minutes (same setting). After 20 minutes, turn off the multicooker, add a piece of butter, and mix the potatoes. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs.
