Potatoes stuffed with quail eggs
Description
The recipe won't take much time. It's better to use young potatoes, as older ones will overcook and fall apart. I like using black pepper as a spice, but feel free to add your favorite herbs. I've tried adding a bit of garlic—it turns out very aromatic and delicious. Experiment and enjoy! Serve hot.
