1. First, cut the fat into small pieces. Then place it on a prepared baking sheet.

2. Peel the potatoes, rinse them, and slice into thin half-rings.

3. Then mix the onion with the sliced potatoes, add some mayonnaise, pepper, and salt. Spread the mixture over the bacon on the baking sheet.

4. Slice the mushrooms into thin half-rings and place them on top of the previous layer. Lightly season with salt. Pass the meat through a meat grinder or finely chop it, then spread it over the mushroom layer. Season with pepper and salt to taste. Optionally, add basil if desired.
