Description

A delicious appetizer for any gathering. This original potato dish can be served at a festive table or as a treat for your family at an everyday meal. Whole baked potato with a cheese-curd filling, wrapped in a slice of crispy bacon — it's very delicious. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.

    Wash the potatoes well, wrap in foil, and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 30 minutes.

    Trim the "nubs" off the potatoes so they sit level, and scoop out the center with a spoon.

    Mix cottage cheese and grated cheese, chopped onion.
