Description
The recipe won't take much time. If you're interested, serve the appetizer at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Peel the potatoes and grate them on the coarse side of a grater. Then put them in a colander and rinse under cold running water. Let the water drain off, then squeeze the potatoes dry. This will keep them from turning dark.
- 2
Step 2

Add flour, milk, and raw eggs to the grated potatoes. Salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly. You should get a thin potato batter.
- 3
Step 3

Spoon the batter onto a skillet preheated with sunflower oil and shape the crepes to match the diameter of the pan. Fry them over high heat on both sides (a few minutes on each).
- 4
Step 4

In a small bowl, mix the sour cream, crushed garlic, processed cheese, and seasonings. This will be your sauce. Now assemble the cake. Place one pancake, spread sauce on top, and sprinkle with chopped sausage or meat.
- 5
Step 5

Do the same with the remaining cake layers. You should have about six of them. Spread sauce on all of them and fill with the meat.
- 6
Step 6

Spread the remaining sauce over the top and all sides of the potato cake. Then refrigerate it for several hours so it cools and absorbs the flavors. Garnish the finished cake with tomatoes and herbs.
