
Potato sauce with chicken
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This is a classic chicken and potato sauce dish enjoyed by both adults and children. If desired, you can add vegetables to taste, as well as various spices. Serve hot.

1. First, wash and dry the chicken. Pour a little vegetable oil into a frying pan and add the chicken pieces. Fry on both sides until a golden crust forms. The recipe for chicken with potato sauce can be slightly modified by skipping the initial frying of the chicken.

2. Place the fried chicken in a saucepan or pot with a thick bottom.

3. Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut into small pieces and transfer to a frying pan with a small amount of oil. Fry slightly until a crust forms.

4. Wash and peel the carrots. Cut into small pieces or grate on a grater. Peel the onion and garlic and chop them as well.

5. Place the vegetables in a frying pan with vegetable oil and sauté for about 3-5 minutes until tender.
