
Potato roll with cabbage
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Instead of stewed cabbage, you can use sauerkraut in this recipe, although it's unlikely to result in such a vibrant roll when sliced. The mashed potatoes can be prepared in advance. Serve hot.

Prepare the ingredients. Boil the potatoes for 20 minutes, then mash with a potato masher.

Slice the cabbage and place it in a frying pan with vegetable oil.

Add salt, ground black pepper, and tomato paste. Simmer the cabbage over low heat until tender, 10-15 minutes.

Place the mashed potatoes on plastic wrap. Spread them out evenly.
