Potato pie with mushrooms

Description
Peel the potatoes, rinse and dry with a paper towel. Place parchment paper, greased with oil, on a baking sheet. Grate the potatoes coarsely directly onto the baking sheet, spread them evenly, press down, season with salt, drizzle with oil, and place in a preheated oven for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, rinse and chop mushrooms (I prefer white mushrooms) and onion, season with salt, and sauté in vegetable oil until golden brown. Spread the filling over the pie and bake for another 10 minutes.
