Potato pie with kefir (hearty)
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. This pie can not only be a great side dish for your everyday menu, but also an excellent option for a hearty lunch. I recommend adding plenty of hard cheese to the cheese dough—it will melt during baking and seep into the potato layer. You can carefully check the doneness of the potatoes with a toothpick or a thin knife; the readiness of the entire pie depends on it. Serve the potato pie best with sour cream or a tangy sauce like "Tartar." It can also be served with tea or coffee.
