Potato upside-down pie
Description
The baking is simple and quick. The advantage of upside-down pies is that they turn out incredibly beautiful, as you can arrange the layer of vegetables or fruits however you like. With this recipe, you can make a delicious and aromatic upside-down potato pie. I recommend adding your favorite spices and seasonings, such as herbs de Provence or Italian herbs, to enhance the flavor. Serve it cooled or slightly warm.
