Potato Omelet
Description
A tasty appetizer for any gathering. Want to make something new from everyday ingredients? I suggest making a potato omelet instead of fried potatoes and scrambled eggs. It’s tasty, simple, and filling—and easy to make. The recipe uses a minimal number of ingredients, but you can add your own: pieces of ham or sausage, vegetables, herbs. Experiment with the dish and adjust it to your tastes and preferences.
