Description

During long fasting periods, many home cooks run out of ideas for delicious meals to feed their families. This dish will pleasantly diversify your menu. Let me tell you how.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Boil the potatoes in their skins almost until done. The most important thing is not to overcook them! Also, simmer the dried mushrooms in a small amount of water.
- 2
Step 2

Pass the peeled potatoes and mushrooms squeezed dry from the broth through a meat grinder.
- 3
Step 3

Add ground pepper and half a teaspoon of salt. Mix well.
- 4
Step 4

Potatoes vary, so if the mixture is not thick enough, add 2 tablespoons of flour or ground breadcrumbs. Mix well.
- 5
Step 5

Now form the meatballs and coat them in flour or crushed breadcrumbs.
- 6
Step 6

And fry the meatballs on all sides until a golden crust forms.
- 7
Step 7

For the sauce, sauté the onion and carrot, add salt and pepper to taste, tomato paste, and a little mushroom broth. Bring to a boil. The sauce should not be runny! You can add aromatic dried or fresh herbs.
- 8
Step 8

Transfer the sautéed meatballs to a baking dish and cover with sauce.
- 9
Step 9

And bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes. I baked mine with the fan on.
- 10
Step 10

That's it, delicious and aromatic meatballs are ready.
