Peel the potatoes, wash them, and boil in salted water until cooked.

Turn the cooked potatoes into mashed potatoes and add an egg.

Add salt and flour to the puree, and knead the dough.

Prepare the filling. Add finely grated onion, salt, pepper, and egg to the minced meat. Mix thoroughly.

Take a piece of potato dough, about 75 grams. Make a flatbread 4 mm thick.

Pour oil into a deep heat-resistant skillet. Place the meatballs in it. Prepare the sauce by mixing tomato juice with sour cream and salt.
