Baked potato rolls
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. If you don't eat meat, you can add an equally delicious filling to these rolls, made of hard-boiled eggs, grated cheese, and chopped herbs. This dish pairs perfectly with a sauce made from wild mushrooms or button mushrooms. The finished dish can be served.

Step 2

Place the minced meat in a frying pan and start frying in vegetable oil. Peel the onion and finely chop it. Add the onion to the frying pan and fry together with the minced meat.

Step 3

Form flatbreads from the potato dough. Place the meat filling on them so that you can later roll the flatbread into a neat roll. Lightly dust each finished roll with flour.

Step 4

Place all the rolls into a baking dish previously greased with vegetable oil. Bake the rolls in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius. Baking time is about 20-25 minutes. A crispy crust should form on the rolls.
