Potato rolls with meat
Description
When the rolls are ready, they will have a nice golden crust. Serve the dish hot, with herbs and sour cream. For the filling, instead of minced meat, you can use finely chopped meat. However, in this case, it should be lightly sautéed beforehand.

Step 1

First, you need to prepare mashed potatoes, which will serve as the base for the dough. Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces, and boil until cooked. Mash the potatoes with a potato masher, adding a little milk.

Step 2

Once the puree has cooled, add starch and 1 egg to it and mix well. Then begin incorporating flour into the dough. It should become firm enough to be rolled out. Shape the finished dough into a log about 5 cm thick and cut it into pieces.

Step 3

Now it's time to prepare the filling. Add finely chopped herbs, finely chopped onion, and two hard-boiled egg whites cut into small pieces to the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything thoroughly.

Step 4

Roll out the pieces of dough into small circles. Periodically sprinkle flour on the work surface and rolling pin to prevent the dough from sticking. Place a tablespoon of filling onto each circle and roll up into a roll. Coat the rolls in breadcrumbs, then sprinkle a little paprika on top. Place them onto a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil.

Step 5

Bake the dish in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 35 minutes.
