Potato pies with filling
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Delicious and filling potato buns are very easy to make. And if you already have prepared mashed potatoes, it will be even quicker. If your mashed potatoes contain butter, you'll need to add a bit more flour so the buns hold their shape and don't fall apart during frying. You can use any filling for the potato buns: fried cabbage, mushrooms, or meat mince. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
