Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the ingredients for the buns. Wash the potatoes, peel them, and wash again.
- 2
Step 2

Cut the potatoes into large pieces so they don't become too soft, cover with cold water, add salt, and boil until cooked.
- 3
Step 3

Drain the water from the cooked potatoes, add butter, mash with a masher, then cool to room temperature.
- 4
Step 4

Add eggs and flour to the warm potatoes, after adjusting the potato seasoning with salt. Mix everything together.
- 5
Step 5

The result should be a thick, dense potato dough.
- 6
Step 6

Shape a dumpling from a tablespoon of potato dough and roll it in flour on all sides.
- 7
Step 7

Fry in refined oil until a nice crust forms. Use medium-high heat. On low heat, the buns may fall apart.
- 8
Step 8

The potato dumplings are ready. Remove them from the heat and serve warm at the table.
