Description
Perfect for both special occasions and everyday meals. Potato sticks are also great for warm evenings with friends. When you're deciding what appetizer to make, I recommend potato sticks. They pair wonderfully with any sauce, spicy or mild. Italian pesto is a great match too.

Step 1
First, boil the potatoes. Then mash them and mix with the egg.

Add salt and pepper. If you are making this for children, it is better not to add pepper.

Shape sticks from the prepared potato dough.

Whisk the remaining egg with a whisk, dip the potato stick into it, then roll it in breadcrumbs. Place on hot vegetable oil.

Fry on all sides until golden brown and crispy. Serve with sauce.
