Description

Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then carefully scoop out the center with a spoon, being careful not to pierce the sides and bottom of the future boats. Leave the walls about 5-7 mm thick. Place the prepared halves in water to prevent them from darkening.

2. Finely chop the mushrooms and lightly fry them in heated sunflower oil. Add finely chopped onion, sour cream, pepper, and salt to taste. Simmer everything together for about 15 minutes.

3. Remove the potato boats from the water and let them dry slightly. Then place them on a greased baking sheet and lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper. Evenly distribute the mushroom filling among the boats. Put the mushroom-stuffed boats into a preheated oven at 200 degrees. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
