
Potato pancakes with green onions

1. Boil the peeled potatoes and slice them.

2. Add butter, olive oil, and season with salt to taste. Using a masher, mash the potatoes, then add about 50 grams of grated cheese.

3. Combine the flour and baking powder in a bowl, sift the dry mixture into the mashed potatoes. Knead the dough.

4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, dusting it with starch to prevent sticking. Place the filling made from the remaining cheese and chopped green onion on one half of the dough.
