Potato Croquettes with Ginger
Description
Suitable for both holidays and everyday meals. Potato croquettes are a delicious dish with a crispy crust on the outside and tender mashed potatoes inside. There are countless croquette recipes; I suggest making one of them—potato croquettes with ginger, chili pepper, and spices. This dish will look great on an everyday menu and on a holiday table as an appetizer. You can make croquettes from leftover mashed potatoes; just warm it slightly with water. Serve the dish with your favorite sauce. Enjoy.
