A tasty appetizer for any gathering. You can use any type of potato to make this sausage, and feel free to replace chicken fillet with pork. Serve the finished sausage with any sauces and sides. It can be served warm or chilled.

    Prepare the necessary ingredients.

    Peel the potatoes and grate them on a fine grater.
