Vegan potato dumplings
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Making vegan potato dumplings is easy, and if you freeze some of them, they become a very convenient side dish for quick meals later on. I served the dumplings with sautéed onions, but they can also be accompanied by any fresh or stewed vegetables, mushrooms, cheese, or sauces to taste (such as tomato, creamy, or cheese sauce). The result is a hearty and delicious everyday meal. The finished dish is ready to be served.

To the still hot potatoes, add about 2/3 of the flour.

Step 6

Sprinkle the table with flour, place the potato mixture on it, and gradually add the remaining flour. Cover the dough with a towel and let it cool.

Step 7

Meanwhile, heat a skillet with oil, add the diced onion and sauté until golden brown, adding salt to taste.

The vegan potato dumplings are ready. Drizzle them with oil and fried onions, and serve.
