Potato meatballs

Description
A delicious appetizer for any gathering. You can make a multitude of different dishes from potatoes. But today I want to tell you, Serve with greens and sauce.

Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients. Mashed potatoes are best if made the day before; if you don’t have any, make some and chill it well. Finely chop the green onions and dill.

Add flour, herbs, and brynza to the puree.

Mix the contents of the bowl well until homogeneous.

Wet your hands with water and shape small meatballs from the mixture. Dust them lightly with flour, dip them in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.

Heat the vegetable oil and fry the meatballs for 3–4 minutes until golden brown. Serve the potato meatballs with any sauce.
