
Potato pancakes in a multicooker

There are many variations: traditional pancakes, or those with added vegetables, meat filling, or mushrooms. Today, I want to share my recipe for pancakes that we'll prepare in a multicooker. There are times when a multicooker is the only appliance available for cooking. Using a multicooker makes the pancakes less greasy, and cooking them becomes much easier. Plus, the recipe for potato pancakes in a multicooker is very simple.

Peel the onion and potatoes. Then grate the potatoes on a coarse grater and the onion on a fine grater.

Next, add spices, salt, garlic pressed through a garlic press, and pepper to the vegetables.

Mix well and add the egg and flour. Mix again, then set the multicooker to the "Frying" mode. Add vegetable oil and wait for the multicooker bowl to heat up.

Then spoon the batter onto the pan and fry for about 8 minutes on one side. Flip, cover with a lid, and cook for 10 minutes. Serve the cooked potato pancakes with sour cream or another sauce.
