Potato pancakes
Description
The baking is simple and quick. These potato pancakes are truly amazing: very tasty, juicy, and tender—they disappear from the table in no time! I recommend replacing part of the flour with breadcrumbs, preferably fresh ones. I usually grind yesterday's stale bread in a blender. Serve these pancakes with your favorite sauce for breakfast, lunch, or dinner—it'll be delicious. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
