Potato pancakes with mushrooms
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Today I'm sharing with you another one of my experimental discoveries—a recipe. Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Soak the mushrooms. If you have store-bought ones, follow the soaking instructions on the package. If they are home-grown, simply cover them with water.
- 2
Step 2

Peel the onion, chop it finely, and sauté with chopped soaked mushrooms in a pan heated with a small amount of oil. Cook until soft, then add salt, pepper to taste, and dill.
- 3
Step 3

Mix and transfer to a small plate for now.
- 4
Step 4

Peel the potatoes and grate them on a medium-sized grater (you can use a food processor). Transfer to a bowl, add egg, milk, and flour. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix well.

Step 5

Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, enough to reach a height of about 0.5 cm. Heat over high heat. Spoon the potato mixture into the oil, shaping it into small pancakes. Place a small spoonful of filling on top, then cover it with a little more potato "batter."
- 6
Step 6

Sear for several minutes on each side until browned and golden.
