
Potato Churros
Description
Churros are simple and relatively quick to make. What's more, all the ingredients are simple and inexpensive. If you don't have a piping bag, you can use a regular plastic bag—cut a hole in it and pipe the dough through. Serve the potato churros with your favorite sauce. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.

Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them, and place them in a pot. Pour in water and salt to taste. Put the pot on the stove and cook until done.

Mash the boiled potatoes into a purée.

Add one large or two small eggs. Mix.

Add the grated cheese, black ground pepper, and dry garlic to the mashed potatoes.

Add a tablespoon of flour.

Pour vegetable oil into a heavy-bottomed pot or skillet and heat it. Using a pastry bag, pipe the potato dough in a spiral shape into the boiling oil. Fry the churros on both sides until golden brown.
