Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. Potato dough is very easy and convenient to work with. You can make one large open or closed pie, or shape many small buns. The dough turns out delicious and tender. You'll need very few ingredients to prepare it—it can even be made from leftover mashed potatoes. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Peel the potatoes and put them on to boil until cooked.

When the potatoes are cooked, drain the water and mash them into a puree.

Add egg, salt, and butter. Mix until smooth.

Then gradually add the flour in small portions and knead the dough.

You should end up with a smooth, soft, and elastic dough. If it sticks to your hands, you can add a little more flour while rolling it out.
