
Mashed potatoes with minced meat in a multicooker

Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes so they cook faster. Place them in a saucepan, cover with water, and add salt. Put on the stove and boil until tender. Then drain the water and mash the potatoes with a potato masher.

Place the potatoes in the vegetable oil-greased bowl of the multicooker, pressing them down firmly. Sauté the minced meat in a frying pan with chopped onion until browned. Spread the meat mixture as the second layer over the potatoes.

Prepare the sauce. To do this, mix the eggs, mayonnaise, and flour in a separate bowl. Whisk all the ingredients together, then season with salt and pepper. Pour the resulting sauce over the filling.
