Prepare all the ingredients. Boil the potatoes in advance and turn them into mash or use leftovers from dinner.

Add vegetable oil, salt, and pepper to the cold potatoes to taste.

Knead a soft dough. You may need a little more flour than the recipe specifies, it all depends on the thickness of the finished puree.
