Potato and pumpkin pancakes with chicken mince
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Delicious, aromatic pancakes can be made not only from potatoes alone. I suggest you prepare potato-pumpkin pancakes with chicken mince for lunch. Never tried these before? Then it's high time to cook and taste something new. Serve hot.

Step 1

1. Peel the potatoes, pumpkin, and onion. I ended up with 330 grams of potatoes and 250 grams of pumpkin.

Step 2

2. Grate the potatoes, pumpkin, and onion on a medium grater.

Step 3

3. Add chicken mince, eggs, salt, minced garlic, and ground pepper. Mix until smooth.

Step 4

4. Now add semolina and flour. Mix well and let it sit for about 30 minutes, allowing the semolina to swell. If you're in a hurry, replace the semolina with flour, then you can proceed immediately to frying the pancakes.
