
Potato and meat casserole in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I'm sure everyone who has a wonderful kitchen assistant like a multicooker at home knows it's capable of many things, including baking and preparing various casseroles. And for those who haven't yet tried the "Baking" function—it's time to give it a go, especially now that you know. Serve hot.

1. Thaw the minced meat, mix with chopped onion, salt, and pepper.

2. Grate the cheese and raw peeled potatoes on a coarse grater. Mix with eggs, salt, and pepper.

3. Grease the multicooker bowl with oil, then add half of the cheese-potato mixture, and evenly spread a layer of minced meat on top.

4. On top - the remaining potatoes with cheese. Bake for 40-50 minutes in the "Baking" mode, then let it sit for another 5-6 minutes so the dish sets.

5. Now remove the multicooker bowl, turn it over so the casserole comes out without falling apart. Cut into pieces and serve!
