
Potato and cabbage casserole
Description
Homemade baked dish for tea. In this dish, potatoes go very well with cabbage, and are complemented by shrimp, which add a pleasant flavor to the potatoes. Cooking this dish is neither difficult nor time-consuming. The baked dish is ready. Serve at the table.

1. First of all, let's prepare the shrimp. Pour boiling water over the shrimp and let them sit until cooled. Then remove the tails and drain the water. Finely chop the cabbage and onion.

2. Peel the potatoes, rinse them, and then slice them into very thin rounds (you can also grate them on a coarse grater).

3. In a bowl, beat the egg and add milk. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Grease a heat-resistant dish or baking sheet with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

4. Mix the potatoes with cabbage and egg, add milk, sprinkle with half of the grated cheese, season with pepper and salt, and mix well. Place half of the mixture onto a baking sheet, arrange pieces of salmon, squid, and shrimp on top, then cover with the remaining mixture.

5. Sprinkle the casserole with the remaining grated cheese, place it in a preheated oven, and bake covered for forty to fifty minutes (at 180 degrees Celsius). Then remove the lid and bake for another ten minutes.

6. Remove the casserole, divide it onto plates. This dish can be served with tomatoes or pickled cucumbers.
