Potato casserole in a multicooker
Description
Potato casserole cooked in a Redmond RMC-M20 multicooker turns out very tasty, filling, and quite fluffy. Because of this, it's practically impossible to remove it from the pot in one piece. Instead, take it out by dividing into portioned pieces. Garnish with herbs or in any other way, and serve slightly cooled. If there's any casserole left after dinner, you can store it in the refrigerator and reheat it the next day in the microwave. Its taste will not suffer. It can be served with tea or coffee.

Step 1

1. Peel the potatoes and grate them on a coarse grater. Mix with 2 tablespoons of sour cream until evenly distributed. Transfer half of the grated potatoes into the oiled multicooker bowl, and smooth it out with a spoon.

Step 2

2. If necessary, peel the sausages and slice them into half-circles. Evenly place them in the pot over the potatoes.

Step 3

3. Peel the onion and finely chop it. Spread it evenly in a layer over the sausages. If desired, you can sauté the onion in vegetable oil until soft.

Step 4

4. Now wash the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes. Place a layer of tomatoes on top of the onions. It's best to choose meaty tomatoes.

Step 5

5. Finally, spread the remaining grated potatoes over the top. Smooth the surface with a spoon.

Step 6

6. Next, using a blender or any other convenient method, mix the eggs with salt, water, and sour cream. Beat well.

Step 7

7. Evenly pour the resulting mixture over the future casserole. To distribute the liquid more evenly, you can carefully poke the casserole in several places with a wooden skewer. Now grate the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle it over the top of the casserole.

Step 8

8. Set the multicooker to the "Baking" mode for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Cook with the lid closed. When the sound signal indicates the program has ended, open the lid, leave the casserole in the pot for about 10 minutes without removing it. Then carefully divide it into portions and transfer them onto a serving dish. Potato casserole in the Redmond multicooker is ready!
