Potato casserole in a multicooker
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. If you're interested, the finished dish can be served at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

If you don't have ready-made minced meat, grind any type of meat you have on hand through a meat grinder. Place the minced meat in a bowl, add chopped onion, pepper, and salt to taste.
- 2
Step 2

In a separate container, beat the raw eggs with flour, salt, and cream.
- 3
Step 3

Wash and peel the potatoes. Then slice them into thin rounds. This is convenient to do with a special slicer or a grater attachment. Grease the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil and place half of the potatoes in it.
- 4
Step 4

Place the raw minced meat on the potato slices, spreading it well with a spoon. Press it down firmly, then place sliced mushrooms on top of the meat. You can use any mushrooms, even frozen ones.
- 5
Step 5

Add the remaining potato slices. Arrange them evenly to avoid any gaps. Lightly season the potatoes with salt to taste.
- 6
Step 6

Pour the egg-cream mixture over the top. Then close the multicooker and set it to the "Baking" mode. Cook for about an hour. Garnish the ready casserole with herbs.
