1. Wash the potatoes, peel and boil them. Let cool slightly, then add cream, butter, and sour cream, as well as spices. Mix well and mash into a puree.

2. Place this mixture on the bottom of the baking dish. If desired, sprinkle spices on top.

3. Separately sauté the breadcrumbs, or if you already have ready-made ones, simply mix them with chopped onion and finely diced cheese. Add spices to taste. Spread this mixture over the potatoes. Bake the dish for 45 minutes at 220 degrees.
